  • Photo Gallery (Pictures): Granting gallery access allows you to upload a picture from your device. You may deny this permission safely.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

How Do We Process User Photos?

  • Everskin never uses your photos for any purpose other than generating ML-based filter outputs.
  • We do not process or store facial, physical, or distinctive biometric features.
  • Photos are temporarily stored on your device or on the third-party API provider while being processed.
  • Photos are deleted immediately and permanently after output is delivered.
  • For the Magic Avatar feature, photos are temporarily stored only for online processing, and deleted automatically after results are generated.
  • Everskin may store AI-generated avatars, but only for advertising, marketing, analytics, and other business purposes.

When Does Everskin Use End User Information from Third Parties?

We collect End User Data only as necessary to provide services.

Users may voluntarily share information previously made available on social media platforms. If so, we may collect publicly accessible information. Users can control what is public through their social media privacy settings.
